Following the success of our first-ever holiday pop-up, I reimagined and produced Down Through the Chimney—a brand-new, fully immersive holiday bar experience at Hotel Emery.
Transforming unused meeting space into a vibrant Santa-themed escape, we created a playful, over-the-top destination that blended nostalgic holiday magic with creative storytelling, themed cocktails, interactive guest moments, and bold design.
Beyond delivering a memorable experience for guests, this activation significantly boosted holiday season revenue, elevated brand visibility, and deepened community engagement downtown.

A Whimsical Journey
Down Through the Chimney took guests on a whimsical journey through multiple themed rooms, including a life-sized gingerbread house and Santa’s workshop, each designed for exploration, social sharing, and sensory immersion. Festive cocktails, playful games, and custom activations encouraged guests to linger, celebrate, and connect throughout the space.
